The BP102 is simpler in design, compact in size and efficient in operation. Its single drum technology for forming and sealing result in Quick and adjustment free change over. We can accommodate a maximum format area of 4” x 8” to produce an output up to 120 blisters/minute.
Our automatic feeding system is able to handle almost all shapes & sizes of tablets & capsules. We offer the high filling efficiency Universal feeder or Brush box with special brush box designs for special tablet shapes or soft gel capsules. Manual filling option with an extra large tray is available for extremely delicate, soft uncoated tablets.
Sealing and forming is performed on the same drum resulting in compact blisters. Sealing roller with special material of construction ensures leak proof sealing. Integral temperature controller facility is provided on the roller for temperature settings. Sealing pressure and temperature adjustable through the PLC system.
‘Slide-in easy fit’ punch tool assembly for quick change over. Special design of punch tool facilitates edge-to-edge cutting of blisters. Zero wastage between blisters results in significant savings of expensive packaging material.
The BP102 machine is upgradable to achieve a high degree of automation. These include Online Mechanical non-fill detection or Vision based rejection system, LOT # & Exp date printing. The continuous motion principle allows the integration of low cost rotary flexographic printers. Optional features like code embossing, Cross perforation are also possible.
