The VMC 70 is a vertical cartoning machine to pack bottles, blisters, soaps, pouches, and combi-packs at speeds up to 70 cartons/minute. The working principle includes a servo motor to drive the rotary turret consisting of 12 stations from receiving blanks from a magazine, cartoning forming, product loading, carton closing & ejecting packed cartons.

The machine can be used as a stand alone one for manual product loading at 2 stations or we can adapt an auto transfer system for either bottles or blister cards & product literatures, providing secondary packing automation to bottle packing lines in the Nutraceutical industry. With no change parts, many contract packers will find this machine extremely to cater their diverse customer requirements.
